On August 28, 1963, Dr. King delivered the iconic “I Have a Dream” speech to make Americans of all racial backgrounds aware of the racial, civil, and economic inequality that was taking place in the United States. On the 59th Anniversary we will come together as a community to reflect on his words and showcase how the planned park improvements will honor his legacy.
